In her new position, Holroyd will oversee the Digital Services Department, along with the Card Services Department. She will also work closely with the American 1 Core Systems Department to enhance the member experience of the credit union’s digital platforms while keeping safety and security a top priority.

Holroyd brings an extensive management background to her new position, including experience in retail management, banking operations management, and credit union software sales, making her an excellent fit for this new position offered by American 1.

Holroyd officially started her position in September of 2023 and reports to Sarah Miller, Chief Financial Officer.

“Anna’s extensive background in both management and credit unions made her an excellent candidate to fulfill the need American 1 had for a Vice President of Payments,” stated Miller. “As we continue to grow, Anna will be a great addition to ensure we are offering the most convenient, and uncomplicated digital products and services for our members. I look forward to watching her succeed in her new role.”
